The Ultimate Miami Experience includes: Roundtrip airfare for two people from within the United States to Miami, including airport pickup in Miami to the hotel; A two night stay at the Nautilus South Beach Hotel March 22- 24, 2022; two tickets to Spinnin’ Sessions at the Nautilus Hotel on March 23, 2022; One VIP daybed at the event for 2 people with free drinks; a Spinnin’ goodie package and a Meet & Greet with one of the artists.

‘AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS'
The terms and conditions as set forth below. These Auction Terms & Conditions are applicable to the Auction.

‘THE PLATFORM’
The Spinnin Records page hosted on the Blockparty website.

‘THE ORGANIZATION’
The Organization consists of Spinnin' Records and its affiliates, and all of its employees and representatives, along with content specific artists, (endorsing) sponsors, for this specific auction it is Blockparty and its representatives, and agents. Contact information Spinnin' Records: Marathon 4, 1213 PJ Hilversum, The Netherlands.

WHO CAN ENTER?
Participants of the Auction and the +1 must be 21 years of age or older to enter into the Auction. You are not eligible to enter the Auction or are eligible for disqualification after entering the Auction if you:
a) Are not a resident of the US.
b) Do not comply with The Auction Terms & Conditions
 
HOW DO I ENTER?
To enter the auction, you must place a bid on the Spinnin’ Sessions Miami Golden Wristband NFT that is for auction.

HOW DO I WIN?
By participating in the Auction at The Platform, you accept the Auction Terms & Conditions. After 48 hours the Auction will closed, the highest bidder will win the prize. No refunds. All sales are final.

The winner will be notified per email by the Organization immediately following the close of the Auction. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit their claim to the prize.

In case of refusal of the Prize by the winner or any other reason of non-delivery of the Prize to the winner, the winner forfeits his or her claim to the prize. In any case, the winner forfeits their claim to the prize, if incomplete or inaccurate information uploaded to the Platform prevents the Prize Winner to be contacted. The Organization can disqualify a participant for the Auction in its sole discretion because of breaking the Auction Terms & Conditions.

All participants agree that their contact information may be shared with The Organization for use of contacting the winner of the Auction.

WHAT CAN I WIN?
The winner of the AUCTION wins the following prize:

  • Two economy flight tickets to Miami, including airport pickup in Miami to the hotel, 
  • 2-night stay in the Nautilus South Beach hotel. Minimum age of you and your +1 is 21.
  • Flight to Miami on Tuesday march 22, back on Thursday 24
  • Two tickets to Spinnin’ Sessions, including 1 VIP daybed for 2 people with free drinks. 
  • A Spinnin’ goodie package for 2 people. 
  • Meet & Greet with one of the artist

The Organization is not responsible or liable for any losses, taxes, damages, injury, Covid requirements or health problems that may result from the participating in the Auction and VIP trip.

FORCE MAJEURE/COVID-19
The winner is responsible for checking any and all local Covid19 restrictions and mandates for their local airport, airline, etc as well as the event’s location. If as a result of force majeure, such as but not limited to (governmental) pandemic measures or SPINNIN’ RECORDS/ advice, a party is unable to fulfil one or more obligations/breach of these terms towards the other party as formulated in this document, parties will use its best efforts to reach a solution and any non-fulfilment as a result of force majeure cannot be qualified as a shortcoming on the part of the defaulting Party, nor lead to a right to compensation or damages.
 
MODIFICATIONS
The Organization may revise, change or alter these Auction Terms & Conditions and/or cancel, modify or suspend the Auction without prior notice in its sole discretion. Such changes will be made public on The Platform and/or official social media channels controlled by (employees of) The Organization. You hereby agree to be legally bound by the Auction Terms & Conditions as updated and/or modified.

MISCELLANEOUS
Despite the utmost care The Organization spends on the Platform and the Auction webpage, it is possible that the information provided is incomplete or incorrect. Typos or misspellings or other similar errors by The Organization’s published material of any nature whatsoever, cannot be invoked against The Organization and can in no way create an obligation for The Organization.The Organization is not responsible for any technical problems, including the failure of the Internet, making possible participation in the Auction impossible.The Organization is not responsible or liable for costs incurred by the participant in connection with participation in the Auction. 

These Auction Terms & Conditions are solely governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising from of or in connection with these Auction Terms & Conditions shall solely be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam.
